At Faloré, all products are handled with care and crafted to the highest standards.
Due to the nature of fragrances and personal care items, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened or used.
Returns or refunds are only accepted if:
• The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery
• The product remains unused, in its original packaging

• Order number
• Clear photos or videos of the issue
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
